We’ve reserved room blocks from Thursday, August 20 to Monday, August 24 at two nearby hotels in San Ramon. We’ll also have shuttles picking hotel guests up in the morning before festivities and dropping them back afterward, so no need to worry about transportation.

Flying
For out-of-town guests, we recommend flying into San Francisco (SFO) due to the frequency and price of flights, but you can also fly into Oakland (OAK), which is a little closer.
From SFO, you can take a car to San Ramon. If you’re opting for public transportation, you can take the BART Yellow Line to Walnut Creek. Since buses in the East Bay are not always reliable, we recommend taking a car from the Walnut Creek BART station to San Ramon.
From OAK, you can take a car to San Ramon. If you’re opting for public transportation, you can take the BART Orange Line toward Richmond and transfer at 19th St/Oakland. From there, take the BART Yellow Line toward Antioch and get off at Walnut Creek. Since buses in the East Bay are not always reliable, we recommend taking a car from the Walnut Creek BART station to San Ramon.
Driving
For local guests, there will be parking available at the Suriyakumar’s home.
